Use Cuelio responsibly as a Chrome extension for YouTube transcript search, comment search, and timestamped research workflows.

Who provides this service
Cuelio is provided by Andrii Petlovanyi, an Individual Entrepreneur (FOP) registered in Ukraine, registration No. 2010350000000492311 (30 Jan 2024). Contact: me@pean.dev.

Eligibility
You must be at least 16 years old, or the age of digital consent in your country, to use Cuelio.

The service
Cuelio is a browser extension and companion website for searching YouTube transcripts and comments, with optional cuelioAI answers grounded in transcript excerpts.

Accounts and usage tiers
You can use Cuelio anonymously with a daily AI limit, or sign in with Google or email for a higher limit. You are responsible for keeping any account credentials secure.

Premium subscription and billing
The Premium plan is a recurring monthly subscription billed through Paddle.com Market Limited, our payment processor and merchant of record, which handles billing, invoicing, and applicable taxes.

Cancelling and refunds
You can cancel your subscription at any time from your account; cancelling stops future renewals. Refund eligibility is described in our Refund Policy.

Acceptable use
Use the extension lawfully and respect YouTube's terms and creator rights. Do not try to bypass daily usage limits, scrape the service at scale, or resell access to Cuelio or cuelioAI.

cuelioAI output needs review
cuelioAI answers and summaries are generated by a third-party AI model and may be incomplete or inaccurate. Check them against the cited transcript sources before relying on them.

Intellectual property and third parties
Cuelio's code, design, and branding belong to us. Transcript and comment content remains the property of its creators on YouTube. Your use of YouTube, Google Gemini, and Paddle is also subject to their own terms.

Disclaimer and liability
Cuelio is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.

Termination
We may suspend or terminate access for violations of these Terms. You may stop using Cuelio at any time.

Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Ukraine, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.

Changes and contact
We may update these Terms as Cuelio evolves; continued use after a change means you accept the update. Questions can be sent to me@pean.dev.
