How refunds work for the Cuelio Premium subscription, billed and processed securely through Paddle.
Cuelio is provided by Andrii Petlovanyi, an Individual Entrepreneur (Фізична особа-підприємець, FOP) registered in Ukraine. Paddle.com Market Limited is our payment processor and merchant of record for the Premium subscription.
Ask within 14 days of your first Premium charge and we will refund it in full, no questions asked.
Email me@pean.dev with the account email used at checkout. We typically reply within two business days.
Cancelling stops future renewals but does not refund the current billing period on its own — ask separately if you want that period back too.
If a renewal charge surprised you, contact us within 14 days of that charge and we will review it.
Paddle.com Market Limited handles checkout and refunds on our behalf. Approved refunds return to your original payment method, usually within 5-10 business days.
